How the conditioner works

• When water rushed through the core, the pattern becomes frenetic: an electron orbits and associated bonding undergo increased perturbation and stresses and additional electrons from the core are attracted into the water solution.
• The electro negativity of the core alloy is less than the overall electro negativity of the water solution. Therefore the core loses more electrons that it acquires to elements such as hydrogen ions and to ionic compounds.
• When a solution of calcium bicarbonate is boiled, carbon dioxide is expelled and the insoluble calcium carbonate is precipitated. Such reactions explain the formation of boiler scale when hard water is used in a teakettle, service pipe, or boiler. Hard water contains such salts as calcium or magnesium bicarbonate or sulfate, which, in addition to forming a deposit as boiler scale when the water is boiled, form a precipitate with soap and prevent it from functioning as a dirt remover. The composition of the water is not altered but by mechanical separation the negative effects of the minerals in the water is reduced.
• The water must flow through the A-Master at a certain rate to neutralize the cohesive bond between mineral particles. The size of the A-Master is, therefore, determined by the flow rate.
• The A-Master save you money and time because it require no chemicals, no manual cleaning out of precipitated matter and no maintenance.
• A-Master reduce the gaseous content of the water and contribute to the inhibition of algae growth. It inhibits scale build up in new pipes and progressively removes scale from existing lines. Toilet bowls stay “ring free” and shower enclosures stay cleaner must longer.

Greener and healthier growth with greater yields will be obtained (up to 20 – 200% increase) because the hydrogen bonding between the water molecules are reduced resulting in “wetter water”.

• The wetter water penetrates soil better and the soil retains its moisture content for longer periods.
• The effective breaking down and leeching away of the salts accumulated in the soil improve the soil texture.
• Scale deposits in the ground is broken up and forced deep into the ground, resulting in better percolation.
• Wetter water penetrates the soil better and faster and it might be possible to reduce your watering time by 25% - 50%.
• Because of the elimination of salts on the root system, the plant extracts the nutrients more effectively. This improves growth and the results are visible within a few weeks.
• The elimination of the salinity on the root zones result in the prevention of tip burn in plant and tree leaves.
• Water with high pH and high bicarbonate is influenced favorably and water can be used successfully for irrigation.

With many units installed, we have experienced good results from a wide variety of water. A-Master works effectively on water with high or low mineral concentration. Water from surface and boreholes, springs, rivers, dams and town supplies can be effectively treated.

A-Master Removes Rust and Scale From Plumbing System.

Existing scale and rust in the system are slowly etched, loosened and dissolved by the conditioned water. Once your system is clean it will stay clean.


The Water will stay conditioned when held in Storage Tanks.

The treated water is considerably profound and longer lasting. The lower region of the storage tank must be drained periodically to expel any high concentration of dissolved solids, which may disguise the conditional effect.


Maintenance:

Some waters require periodic cleaning, otherwise you can expect years of service because:

i. A-MASTER operates by the velocity of the water through the specially designed core.
ii. There are no moving parts to wear out.
iii. The internal core is non-sacrificial and non-corrosive.

The A-Master core, which acts as a catalyst, consists of 12 different metals (precious and non precious) in predetermined proportions. The casings are of high quality stainless steel and are screwed with standard pipe threads. Units above 50mm are standard flanged units.


Flow Restriction

Provided you abide by our flow table there is virtually no flow restriction. The cross sectional open area of the A-Master core is equal to the internal area of its corresponding size pipe.


What Size To Use

Establish the maximum flow rate of your pump or supply at the delivery point and order according to our flow table. Remember DO NOT OVERSIZE. Where a good flow is obtainable from a town supply, your unit should correspond to the size of your water meter.


Where To Install The Unit

A-MASTER is best fitted into the main line after the water meter or pump and before any tee junctions or holding tanks, whereby the whole system will benefit. A-MASTER will operate at any angle, above or below ground. It is advisable to drain any tanks before use to avoid any “residual deposits”. In swimming pools, evaporative air conditioners and re-circulating boiler systems the unit should be fitted into the re-circulating line.


A-MASTER Life Time Warranty

When your conditioner is installed and maintained according to instructions supplied by manufacturer, the manufacturer or its authorized distributor will, at its option, repair or replace the A-MASTER WATER CONDITIONER, if 

o Defective in material or workmanship, or
o Fails to condition water according to A-MAT CC “A-MASTER” published brochures as enclosed with each conditioner package. The proof of purchase, must be furnished or be on file in our office.

Installation cost is not covered by this warranty and no other warranty is expressed or implied.
